These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of floridahealthresources.com (the "Site") operated by Scott Black, a Florida-licensed insurance agent doing business as Florida Health Resources. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site and its services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and eligible or approaching eligibility for Medicare. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
